You may have seen Ali’s post introducing me last week. I’m Eliza, the new editorial assistant for Capstone Fiction here in the Twin Cities office. I’m so excited to join the team here. I am a huge fan of the variety of titles and genres that the fiction department publishes, so I thought it would be fun to introduce myself accordingly. Here goes!
I like to run — especially along the
Mississippi River and Minneapolis’ beautiful lakes!
I like to play basketball. I was never too great at rebounding though. Maybe Sarit can teach me a thing or two. . . .
I have a big sister and a big brother. They may or may not be reading this, so here’s a shameless plug: they’re the best.
I am a fan of nature, trees, and all things earthy. Hiking and camping are some of my favorite weekend activities during the summer.
I think worms are awesome. Fun fact: worms have five hearts!
There are tons of freight train tracks by my house.
Edgar Allan Poe is one of my favorite authors.
There are always baked goods in my kitchen. Usually made to sound healthier by simply incorporating a zucchini or carrot. Yum.
Look at how much we have in common already, Capstone Fiction!
