Every season when ISO's arrive in the office, it's like Christmas. All the hours of editing, designing, proofreading, and routing finally pay off, and we're treated to phsyical proof of all our hard work, bound up and ready to be enjoyed. Unfortunately for me, Christmas doesn't come to the Chicago office. (At least not in the ISO sense.) My lucky coworkers in Minnesota get to have all the fun, since new ISO's are all shipped there for review.
Although I have to miss out on some of the fun, one of our art directors was kind enough to snap a picture of this beauty for me! (Admittedly I'm a bit biased since I'm the editor, but I hear it's even more beautiful in person.) Chloe by Design: Making the Cut, which is full of "thrills and excitement for fashion fans," according to Kirkus, will be available this fall! So while I can't enjoy the new-book smell Eliza was touting in last week's blog post, at least I can enjoy the picture. Hopefully it will help tide me over until my own copy arrives. (If you're feeling extra impatient, check out Chloe's Capstone Kids page and learn more about her fashion obsesseion.) And in the meantime, at least we're all in the same (impatient) boat, right?
